How come the focus symbol (in the leaks) refers to the Arc Dragon of Focus with "I" and "Me" Pronouns? Also, I've heard they have the same voice actor? + the definition of the words as prescribed in the context perfectly fit the fact that it would be a mortal source dragon.

I don't think that's how it works. For instance, the icon doesn't contain the entire power of a source dragon to my knowledge, and the 3 cores, together, not 1, were forged from "freely given energy" (aka decent amounts) of all 7 source dragons.
