My advice for people who wanna have fun with photography is to go buy an old camera that has storage you can easily get the photos off of and just keep it with you! Take photos of whatever you think looks cool, you usually end up learning a bit and have cool pics to tie to adventures and memories :)

I also never fully introduced this thing! It was something my dad found in a dump while doing some recycling, and he picked it up figuring I wanted it. It was a heavily used art/photo workstation with Windows XP Professional on it. I cleaned up the it and the drive and now it's my main old puter!

Free upgrade for my Dell Dimension 8250! I obtained a free Chaintech Nvidia FX5700 256MB AGP from my neighbors moving dumpster (I had permission). Somehow it survived being thrown out, and I re-oiled the fan as recommended by a friend! Now it runs excellently as a well earned upgrade for my Dell :3

Last fall I found my dream Gamecube. A Spice Orange console with the matching controller, GameBoy player, and disc! Around the same time I preordered the Flippydrive so that I could play games using just an iso file and not having to solder a region switch in. Easy install and works like a charm!

On the topic of music. I really recommend people get an older Ipod of some kind! I have this little 2g mini that I've modded with Rockbox and a 128gb CF card. You can just drag and drop music ezpz onto it, and has really helped me start listening to full albums and exploring new music to put on it!

I wish I could tell music itself how much it rocks and how it's the best thing ever invented. I can go from laying in bed feeling like I'm floating in space with one song and the next song has me feeling like I'm in a 2013 TF2 montage. I just think music is neat and awesome and cool!

Obtained this sick HIS 7850 IceQ Turbo 2GB card! Gotta wait for it to actually arrive but this will be super sick in the Vento. I wish we could go back to this era of making cool looking PC parts..
