A strong friendship already makes a sturdy foundation for romance, and Susie and Kris’ relationship is already one of the most (if not THE most) important relationships in the game. Besides that, ch. 4 has a lot of moments (mirror, diner, piano), and ch. 3 has an ‘almost kiss’ scene.
