I really love watching the little blue dot with the lighthouse eye (me) travelling over the land in real time. Well, a few seconds behind. If it suddenly disappears I will think ‘oh well, satellite’s gone, only three seconds to…’

Also I won’t be posting much on this lovely blue platform but mostly because I’m frightened by all this technology. I’ll check in when I’m having a low anxiety day and something worth saying.

There is no lecture, no oration, no TED talk when on a long train journey more gripping than the gossiping of the two people across the aisle. Especially when a few cans of train wine have been involved. Call me Miss Marple.
