Following all the folks who work for the labs has helped. I believe I found a starter pack that allowed me to find and quickly follow a dozen builders.

First in-person bears game for me. Almost wish I had fallen down the stairs from the nosebleeds. Might have improved the experience.

Was "tune" in a clue?

Typical budgets are organized by fund / department. That's not what most residents care about. They are issue / topic / project oriented. At least in my experience.

Use it a lot for digesting bi-weekly council packets. Currently using it for budget season and it's been great. My favorite trick, aside from the audio, asking it to highlight & group budget allocations related to: ADA, lead line infrastructure, green initiatives, resident engagement & transparency.
