As town leaders we need to both speak up for those who can't and strive to get as representative a sample of public opinion as possible instead of just listening to those who show up every meeting. Government is all of us solving problems together that we can't on our own.

Traffic is a growing pain we need to address. But we also need #NCGA to fund more road construction where there's growth, like in Wendell, and to prioritize rail. Wendell was founded on a freight line for the tobacco trade, and I'd love to one day see it activated for passengers.
