Casimir's is his face and ears. I don't like how the Elezen ears tend to stick out like coat hangers, but I do like them long, and I adjusted his eyes and mouth a little. Lad needed just a little more lip!
Even minor adjustments can help so much with things that you might not have been happy with.

Lavender! Casimir's eyes are a family trait, and all Derinloires share the eye color to some extent, but I think his are the most striking, personally.

Casimir has ritual scars embedded in his tattoos. His encompass most of the body, and he doesn't really hide them. The patterns are raised and noticeable in the light, and while their arrangement has meaning, it's only clear to a few people.
His mother was the one who did them as a rite of passage.
