so i guess what I'm realising is that when you're not in a community, you don't see words as what their real definition is ('being aware of social issues'='woke', in this instance)

and long story short it was the ARGUING. they self-admittedly told me they didn't care about whether or not the creator had used ai, but they saw the act of "self-righteously accusing anyone, whether or not you're right" as the part that makes the comment "woke" and i was actually mind blown

like i was arguing with someone in a youtube reply section (my favourite pastime) because the comment above us had accused the creator of using ai and the person i was arguing against had called them "woke".. so i asked what part of the comment was woke to them
