They changed quite a few things in the Japanese version of the show. It has better animation and some scenes are more fleshed out

Micron Legends had more time to fix the errors of armada because armada was rushed to be finished by cartoon network since they didn't want to air an incomplete show

If anyone was wondering why original armada megatron has a spinning wheel on his side this is why! He has a gimmick that's supposed to make his turret spin around in full blast mode! It doesn't work though, I was lucky that it spun this much
