Coffee + cats + cautious optimism
Back in the 1990s the place I worked at sent us to coffee school to learn how to tamp correctly, know the difference between a ristretto/lungo, how to froth for a cappuccino vs. a latte, etc...and did coffee tastings for different roasts and origins. I had big skills.
