Same! But I can’t do X (I miss old twitter) or Threads. I’d love to be the type who can do Mastodon, but I’m not. So Bluesky it is for me.

I think it’s better! You control what you see (vs an algorithm) and they give you a lot of options (separate customizable feeds, exclude reposts/replies from people you follow, etc). It doesn’t yet have the number of users, but the vibe is good. Plus it is decentralized with open standards.

Starbucks had a juniper latte with pine citrus sugar topping a few years ago. Didn’t seem to be a smashing success.
