All the limits seem to be on Ukraine. No rules about Russian massing of forces near Ukrainian borders, no limits on Russian army size, no prevention of troops stationed in Belarus, no promises on use of drones, missiles or other incursions in airspace, no limits on navy presence in the Black Sea.

I’ve done this in places like Shanghai and Ponto Delgado and have seen them in Rome. Definitely the way to go.
