Just need a couple linking words to jump-start the creative process. Npc's just need a name, motivation, and fear. Notes can be notes or novels based on how you GM. Off the cuff improv or a script. GM notes are just that. GM notes. Yours. And at times, a mirror.

I'm still bummed over my group disintegrating 3 sessions into inviting you. We had such a good thing going. The break had nothing to do with you, just the worst luck and timing. Now I'm looking for stuff to sacrifice to get a stable group together as well.

Deep down, I've always been a fan of shortstack goblins mobbing on a human. Commission wise, I would have a lot of fun with said human being soft dommed, maybe wearing a sign or shirt that says "commissions" and be in a state made by the goblins that would imply "open."

Scariest thing I did was mess with my players' expectations. To the point of a meta break.

Ive always had trouble smiling convincingly for photos. German heritage made everything come out squinty and angry if i tried. My best smiles always came out when it was natural or if I had a moment to think of the "crispy pops remix."
