for this first week i have to sleep elevated with a neck pillow and can honestly say its been the hardest thing i've done! I've still been writing scripts and video ideas but going to smash them out once i can actually get some decent sleep! 😂

it is something i have always struggled with for years and have took the steps in improving myself for the better! The healing after the op hasnt been too bad but the hardest part of this is the sleeping,
