Amazon robbed me. I showed them proof of pick-up by UPS,and they then said the items wasn't scanned UPS isn't supposed to scan the items,that's Amazon job upon return. Even the BBBlet them get away with it. I'm contacting headquarters Monday. Please share this comment?
