Federal elections only. And we can vote by mail, early and on election day. Never waited more than 5 minutes when I’ve gone in person. AND we have results very quickly so we know who won

I remember a Harvard grad that worked for me and when I asked them what would be the first thing they would do to improve our company (I had just started). They responded get another Harvard Grad. I asked why and she said that you can never have too many Harvard grads. Seemed I had one too many
