This govt is steadily improving life for working people, & for people who want to contribute but cannot cuurently do so. Thats labour values, not your version: take from working people to provide handouts for parasites.

Devoid of any credible argument. We protect children from safer, less addictive dangers like tobacco, alcohol, gambling, etc. Their brains arent yet developed to judge risk, which is why we prevent them driving, & marrying. Correlation between social media use and mental problems is overwhelming.

Only a deluded extremist could disagree wth the law abiding majority who want our rights to life, property, etc put ahead of criminals' right to family life.

He misses the point. Most people know that Immigration, like many things, is good until you have too much. Plus we can embrace the aspirational majority while trying to keep violent misogynists out.

Other ways to avoid high marginal tax rates
1. Persuade employer to let you work 4 days per week or even 3,
2. Self-employed doing same
3. Make lump sum pension contributions
4. Move savings from bldg soc to unit trusts

Some are, but many are the glue you have to wade through before you can see a doctor. E.g. App-based booking and check-in would eliminate hundreds of non value adding jobs & improve patient experience.

He wants taxpayers & parents to subsidise employers, so they can employ you at starvation rates.
However, the world doesnt owe you a living, as Greens claim. Get education &/ or skills or minm wage will mske you unemployable.

No, it isnt binary.
Cutting some tax % would increase tax £.
Some spending comes back as higher tax £.
Also, govt can spend more on genuinely needy, nhs, defence, etc if it cuts benefits for parasites.
Cancelling Tory donors' hotel contracts would enable higher spend elsewhere & lower tax %.

Weak article, imo. You need to make far stronger case, & accept sensible modernization of the treaty, or we'll get the catastrophe of a Trumpian kleptocracy here.
Obviously problem is not few cases that reach court; its 10,000s in purgatory because fear of court challenges paralyses the HO.

Not true, because if foolish people vote green the rest of us will suffer a Farage government. So we have an obligation for the good of the country to persuade you you're mistaken.

Pointless, without any analysis of causation, and a misleading headline. Better to research why firms over-reward some behaviours that correlate with high testosterone but not merit. Pay gap is not from gender, its toxic males versus women & normal men.
August 20, 2025 at 6:38 AM
Its also a failure of the Home Office to admit its failure to enforce the rules. People assume fake students & their fake dependants outnumber the genuine, & they may well be right. HO has no data to prove or disprove that.

You want an unelectable party of misguided zealots like Corbyn, owen jones, etc. To them "equality" means skilled, talented, entrepreneurial, & hard working are no better off than idle parasites. This govt will equalise opportunity, not income. Judge them in 7 years, not now.
July 30, 2025 at 2:04 PM
Sorry to see you descend into cheap slogans. @danneidle.bsky.social explains why wealth tax wouldnt work. Hard to "Make work pay" unless people learn valuable skills or do unpleasant jobs. Which they wont unless non-workers are relatively poor.
This govt is fixing the mess, pls support them.

Fair point, although no-one really knows true cost of either. but its not either/or.
