An otherwise interesting poll undermined by the omission of kraft cheese slices

You're sharing the govmts own data in the buildup to elections. He's a fraud leading an autocratic and deeply corrupt govmt. You think what you like.

The inflation rate is (allegedly) back down to around 40%, but inflation is up massively. Milei claims this as a win, but I think the inflation rate alone is a very poor measure of quality of living in any case.

I see it because my partner and her family and friends (also mine) are living it. Honestly it's a nightmare, and I see no credibility in Milei on any level (indeed, he himself has invented biographical details to position himself as a respected economist)

it doesn't take more than a cursory search of MMM articles to read historic levels of poverty now above 50% of the population. The rest you would need to read Argentine press to follow public transport hikes, dereg of rental laws etc. which mean landlords can charge in dollars and so forth

No. of ppl in poverty has risen sharply under Milei. Food costs up, public transport costs up by multiples, rents deregulated & out of control. Milei claims he's taming inflation (rate), but it's not reality

don't think it's aimed at 'most ppl in britain' - it's FT, so more about the City, tech bros and a rather optimistic punt at international positioning?

Serious question? It's not aimed at the electorate, it's aimed potentially at big money donors & probably more so seeking attention of international hard right esp Trump. She's saying u want deregulated economy opps, back me.

This was one of my earliest phonography projects concerned with the aurality of places. I recorded for much of the 2004/5 season in Highfield Road's West Terrace, with my trusty Tascam DAT recorder(!). Now a searchable audio archive - thank you @paul-whitty.bsky.social for supporting on this!

This is the first of 3 readings, and then it would go to the Lords. I can understand voting against on the 2nd or 3rd readings if not satisfied with the detail, but not on the 1st
