I left twitter long ago but stuck with more free alternatives until now.
I am a liberal (not neo) and post about bikes, magic, politics and urban policy.
Still exploring

Also known as @Teklord in City of Heroes.

I have them blocked too, but I literally needed to ride on the sidewalk in my old commute in the East Side suburbs of Seattle. It was a narrow sidewalk as well.

This is after I had to switch my commute as 124th became too dangerous.

This is a panoramic from my old commute with some stitching issues.

The view from a city is so different than the suburbs. Look at all of the works of mankind in this view. And all the people it represents. Glorious

I used to follow a group of midwest recumbent riders who would do some crazy recumbent races. They had 2-wheel streamliners, they raced tilting recumbent trikes and all sorts of crazy stuff.

I still have it. It is my favorite bike. I am not in shape to ride it now but I love it. I don't have my velomobile any more though. It was also a commuter and grocery getter.

This was also my commuter bike for 10 years. And man when you get wheels built by professionals they really last and stay true.

On a more personal note I was riding lowracer recumbents in 2009, I would regularly hit 30mph on the flats and ~45mph downhill just leaving my house during the commute. Mass of the vehicle matters folks.

As you can see the minis I brought as a DM are top tier.
