I thought we were excellent in the last 10 after he came on, Jesus brought the ball retention we lost from Odegaard and Everton didn't have a sniff. Would rather be 2-0 but that is how you manage a 1-0 lead. Odegaard was starting to get run past (no surprise he's still coming back)

He was competent against newcastle and burnley before the injury, that's the only hope is that he gets back to that level and can be an option

Not unusual to see one or two turgid attacking performances in a season, but the response to going 1-0 up was horrific. so passive you could see it coming from a mile off

think that's unfair, there's a difference between having reservations (most fans) and being "against" him (loud minority)

Of course he's not doing much wrong, we've been one of the best teams out there for a few years now! We're talking about the margins here to get us over the line by adding diversity in our play. I back him to do it as he's as intelligent as they come

Yeah I am specifically talking about that one game, provided we see it adjust again it's not a problem. Our overall play has evolved in his absence, I'd love to see him elevate the new stuff we are doing not just revert back
