This is how it started just over 5 years ago...
(Don't worry - the gas had already been disconnected)

When I took the radiator circuit out I found that it had done considerable damage to the stone wall behind the radiators. Makes sense - one side of it would have been 65 C and the other <0.

The number of overseas visitors staying in hotels still dwarfs the number staying in AirBnB but I suspect that the reverse is the case for internal tourism..

(but AirBnB properties do have uses other than as short term rented accomodation.)
