Thanks! Yeah been reading books on permaculture. The fact that we import a lot of food from France the Netherlands and Ireland clearly shows we can grow more food if we don't use it all for grazing sheep and equestrian pursuits!

Now I understand that you are a gardener and I am not in any way a grower of vegetables.. however I have witnessed first hand community gardens growing bountiful food without even using a greenhouse or poly tunnel.

I love how chocolate and coffee are now staple foods! But yes absolutely we need permaculture, food and nature working in harmony.

Absolutely! For example Novara media is almost entirely funded by donations. There is no bank rolling. When it first started it was staffed by many volunteers.

You can see a dark path in the satellite photo from 2023. It looks remarkably similar to the "tunnel"

I'm unsure under what circumstances a tunnel would show up as cold relative to the ground, best bet would be water in it.. could there be a leaking water tank on the roof?
