Cold weather soup for the sniffles - olive oil, onion, shallot, garlic, carrot, bay leaf, black pepper, turmeric, sea salt, turkey and chicken broth, broccoli, cauliflower. Nutritional yeast on the side to mix into the soup for additional fiber, protein, and B vitamins.

TBD what the primary purpose of this account will be, but comfort food in the first post seems appropriate.

I cooked truffle macaroni and cheese for PB (due to my lactose intolerance and A1c wellness journey malarkey, this macaroni and cheese is most definitely not for my own consumption).
