Because shit like this is crazymaking, below is a screenshot of another person’s quote post on X of the original Polymarket post (which now shows up as deleted when you click on it).

And the right-wing blogger signal boosted by DHS now appears to be claiming credit as the Polymarket source.

UPDATE:

DHS and Polymarket have both deleted the posts featured in the screenshot (which I took and double-checked myself).

DHS has replaced their post with another one making the same claim and sourcing it to a right-wing blogger. (Polymarket’s original post was unsourced.)
