I’ve been making all day onions with the extras if I just wanna use up the onions. Basically slowly letting them caramelize and reduce all day until you have a super flavorful concentrated paste that can be used to add that flavor to lots of things without having to caramelize onions every time

Photography nerd here, here 1049mm would the the focal length equivalent I’m pretty sure, so you would need a 1049mm lens on a full frame camera to achieve the same FOV as this shot. 0EV is your exposure adjustment for automatic mode, you can raise it or lower it by a few F stops and cam will adjst
