seconded - saw the exhibit at SFMOMA and it was incredible. if you can get to NY go see it!

Disney will hold approximately a 70% interest in the newly combined company, while existing Fubo shareholders will retain around 30%. Additionally, the combined company will have access to a $145 million term loan that Disney has agreed to provide to Fubo in 2026 as part of the transaction. This announcement comes on the heels of intriguing developments regarding Paramount’s interest in acquiring Warner Bros. Reports indicate that Paramount CEO David Ellison wants to discontinue HBO Max as a standalone streaming service and merge its content and user base into Paramount+.

The California women's basketball team will be represented by juniors Mjracle Sheppard and Lulu Twidale alongside head coach Charmin Smith at this year's ACC Tip-Off event which takes place Oct. 7 in Charlotte, North Carolina. The annual event will feature head coaches and players from each of the league's 18 teams and will include live streamed press conferences and interviews, which will air on the ACC Network and ACCNX. Smith, Sheppard and Twidale will all participate in a press conference live from 5-5:15 a.m. PT on Tuesday, which will be available to view on ACCNX here. Separate interviews will air on ACC Network with Smith from 7-7:15 a.m. PT and with Sheppard and Twidale from 8:45-9 a.m. PT.
