Heavy snow causing power outages Published on November 11 2025 Weather conditions are causing numerous outages in different regions of Quebec. This is the first heavy snowfall of the year. Since many trees still had their leaves, the weight of wet leaves and snow is breaking some weaker branches, which are coming into contact with the power grid. We are mobilizing all necessary teams to restore service as soon as possible.
