Thank you! The pattern is "home is where you park it socks" by Stone Knits -- it makes it super squishy and feel like a hug! she has you do the ribbing over the entire foot as well, but I wanted to customize that part haha.

I can't sleep until like 4am or later recently and so I sleep til noon sometimes and it's killing me bc I'm a morning person. That's my solo knitting time!!

I feel like knitting trends (simple, beige, all the same, boring, etc) are also tied to the current conservative social order that you're talking about, esp with the same plain beige sweaters that go viral on Instagram...where early Internet knitting websites were so much more creative! Great video🙏

Found your vid from the algorithm prob bc I've been into this kind of thought recently, from similar anti-capitalist, borderline Luddite (like, truly Luddite) views; the point about cringe was very salient. Because it's how I feel abt the current knitting community!!

Like fr, what can I do as a therapeutic facilitator when Waterloo is asleep on my bed, Sherry goes up to her and sniffs her ear, and then hisses at Waterloo when Waterloo wakes up & sleepily looks at Sherry? Like girl ur the one sniffing someone else's ear... Are u just mad you got caught? Like
