This is very deceiving, they "claim" that turn times are down. Reality is over 10k VA employees have been fired. The reason it shows a lower waiting time is because a lot of the claims have been drop or denied do to their "bullshit" reasons is all smoke and mirrors

My husband struggles with PTSD, his service dog helps, but still surprise me how many vets see it as a weakness and not as a result of service.
