Streamily made sure to tell the DCBA worker that they gave me that credit though, only a month before it expired and when I got my money back anyway 😐

I may have finally received a refund, but the way I was spoken about and strung along for months shows exactly why customers deserve better from Streamily. If this is how they handle concerns behind closed doors, people need to know.

This isn’t just disappointing—it’s revealing. No one should have to fight this hard to be treated with basic respect and transparency, especially after spending over $150 on Streamily on what was meant to be a meaningful gift.

I see a message from the STREAMILY CEO, to their CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER, that I was"an example of a customer that costs us more than a refund."I have made every effort to resolve this situation through appropriate channels,with patience & transparency.Waited months for a replacement I was promised

So finally on Jan. 2025 I finally received my refund and was notified via, I moved on. I get a response from the DCBA & because I've been taking care for my mom, i missed it. They gave me that spiel that the company responded & everything, but on a whim I check my email and scroll down.

It wasn't until this, finding & contacting the actual STREAMILY CEO, just to address the issues.I also physically mailed them these complaints. too much? Yeah but I ended up getting my money back anyway, so it was worth it to me to do that.NOBODY should have to go through this for replacement/refund

I explained I was trying to work it out with the merchant in good faith. I decided to appeal to the bank, and complain to: the BBB, California AG, DCA, and like every complaint site i could find for them

So because a customer wanted a replacement for an item, and emailed the company because (at the time - not sure now) they had zero direction for customers to address these things. After being strung along for a long time, my bank couldn't refund the amount at the time due to taking so long, even tho

Streamily is so bad. They never responded to my BBB complaint, either. I even emailed their CEO to be met with generic replies.

Exactly! I only went to one this year for the first time because I was already visiting my bf anyway in his state, but I wouldn't go to any where I live in LA. Other than thst, I'm SOL for getting hellaverse autographs. I've looked at sites like SWAU but they're not there :/ id happily do an insign!

Outrageous prices! Only for them to package it as if it's some flyer for a bake sale. Surely some extra reinforcement and investment in better packaging is less costly than more support staff if they can't do both. Their add ons that are paid for aren't even guaranteed. They just want more money

They are horrible!! My Vox for my bf came bent and they just strung me along for months to send a replacement. When I was fed up I went to my bank but it was too late. I'm trying to appeal to argue i tried communicating with them first in good faith. That faith is GONE now lmao. A horrible company

- a lot for a company who doesn't package it securely, nor have the staff or capacity to address their customers. Their BBB is an F and uncredited, too. I wish there was a better option besides cons cause immunocromipised and whatnot

Ditto! I even dm'd keith about my experience on tiktok and why I was so thankful he did it that way because streamily is so horrible. But seeing the live, it did seem like it was hard for him and whoever helped to manage it all. Plus, the rest of the cast is there anyway. Streamily sure charges-
