The possibility of reopening Guantánamo Bay raises concerns for me. Doesn't it operate as a detention center beyond US borders, where detainees lack access to legal counsel and court proceedings?

I tried as well but for the safety of my family I will need to pay attention to what is happening through reliable news sources.
