The images on the left are correct, the reddit user's aren't quite right. The "hitler 'stache" head (NO. 29) goes on the purple upper part (Danju), the lopsided-grin head (NO. 278) is properly on Rascus, Head NO. 247 (Jonny Thunder) goes on Santis, with a red decorated upper part, not armor.

Note the design ID: 73403 means the head is attached, 76382 means upper part only.

The heads are absent because TLG (at that time) had Item IDs for torso+head, so they wouldn't list separately.
