Honestly, the way I see it working best is either your Dragoons or Crusaders do a mission, succeed, but the res tof the op goes south and you're made Isorla. "Soft reset" of sort possible to kill the 500 ton limit, new missions, just slightly different dialog based on path. Easiest dev wise
