Our AG did file an emergency injunction to stop the payouts yesterday. A Columbia Co. Judge has refused to hear the arguments, and now our AG has filed an appeal.

I'm not sure about the specifics of how hard it was to get into the trial. I think his physicians got him into it.
He travels to Baltimore from WI every few months for either immunotherapy or a vaccine.
It was much more frequent in the beginning, and my mom was required to accompany him.

Dad had no lymph involvement, but his life expectancy was 3-6 months without any treatment. It was absolutely shocking to hear his original prognosis at diagnosis.

My dad is in one of these trials. Diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2020 and still cancer free in 2025❤️
