That's what happened to Royal Mail. I used to ship to the UK frequently. Once they sold it off, RM stopped delivering packages and added a charge (Approx. $15 US) for the recipient to pick it up at the PO.

They claim they are for working people, then they assault a worker at a national cemetery. Then, when it comes out, they say her trying to enforce the rules was her having a mental health episode. Friends of working people my a$$.
