The image is shot relatively close to the duiker with a wide angle lens, so its face fills a significant part of the image, and exaggerated perspective makes its head appear very large/prominent relative to its body. The duiker's back is not visible. The the visible parts of the duiker's body and the top part of its head are dark brown, which fades to a cream color around its mouth and along its jaw line.

If you don't know what a blue duiker (Philantomba monticola) is, it's a type of adorable tiny antelope (adults range from 3.5kg to 9kg) that varies in color but is often only blue in the very loose sense in which the term is used to describe fur. I'd describe the two in the picture as greyish brown with white undersides, but I have a color vision disability so I'm not the best authority on the finer details of this.
