I thought I'd get the paints out and do a daub as it's been a while. This is a street just outside the city centre in Liverpool where they demolished old housing stock. Amongst the rubble a whole sea of poppies sprung up. A fantastic sight and I couldn't resist trying to capture the spectacle.

My first time using a self service jet wash car cleaner. I have to say that's the sexiest £4 that I've spent in a long while! 😘 #DadThrills

Aftermath of Storm Darragh.
It always fills me with sadness seeing big trees uprooted. Thinking about how long they took to grow to that size, how they become more individual the older they are, and the wildlife they support.
On a slightly lighter note, that's my neighbours car!
