Absolutely. Cutting people off for that was something I never thought I could do but it was definitely worth it. Surround yourself with friends who accept and reciprocate.

Right, I wish I could put a word to it. My best guess is probably just solitude. Some days you just don’t feel like extending extra energy out. Doesn’t mean you love them any less you just don’t want to think much that day. If that makes sense lol
