The Trump Administration is asking for Judge McConnell to clarify (by 11am tomorrow) that his TRO prohibiting their lawless funding freezes doesn’t prevent them from pausing FEMA funding because they believe it is being used illegally. What evidence do they cite? A NY Post article 🤦🏻♂️
