Did you know the video part of every Google ad is internally hosted on YouTube? If I go to their Ad Transparency Center I can inspect the video thumbnail of a video ad to find a YouTube video ID associated with that ad!
Flow process to extract a YouTube video from a Google ad: An ad showcasing a mobile gacha game, on Google Ad Transparency Center i can inspect element the ad to find the link of the video thumbnail. The video ID is "Uwfv42XWWR8" so I can go to "https://youtu.be/Uwfv42XWWR8" to find the YouTube video shown in the ad.

As a person who play a lot of games that have numbers so large that they need a tutorial on how to read the number notations I do not get these kind of YouTube ads for games that advertise something like “free X summons” like, your number is not that large at least try something like a googol lol
