I never said Man City fans ever did because I agree, it’s your club at the end of the day. But my point was being backed by a literal government is and will always be un-ethical to sporting competition. And Liverpool buying VVD 6 years ago doesn’t change that 😂

Absolutely not, at the end of the day what’s the big difference between Tory corruption and Labour corruption? Starmer himself used private health donations as an attack point on Bo-Jo in the 2019 GE, it’s pure hypocrisy.

I really don’t think you do, look at what’s happening in the US at the moment and think about why Starmer hasn’t been harsh on dealing with Trump. I’m not trying to be alarmist but people like you have to wise up to what is happening.

You can’t just say there will be a “pathway to work” and call it a day. The job market is already horrendous and Starmer seems to want to sack a load more of civil service employees.
Employers generally don’t want to take on disabled people anyways. Labour don’t have a scooby on what they’re doing

As with anything welfare related, the people who don’t want to work will always find ways around and the honest people who need support will be the ones who will lose support and be at risk of passing through the cracks. And as we saw under austerity that will kill people

This is a good article but I’d pay attention to the end of it. English football is hyper-competitive now, you can’t win 90+ points in a season so easily anymore. If anything this slip has shown how good Liverpool have been this season to build the lead they have.

2/2 The cup final could have gone a lot better but we’ve also had serious injuries to our defence but you don’t hear about them because Liverpool have got on fine with adapting this season without Gomez, Trent, Allison and Bradley. Just so happened Newcastle took advantage of it. Stop the bs

Pure waffle Albert mate. City have had unlimited resources and have only won 1 champions league, Slot took over a team in transition where everybody was saying we’d fall off without Klopp and has smashed all expectations. We played terrible and still nearly beat possibly the best PSG side ever 1/2
