So when I had this cold brew yesterday it was at room temperature. It was truly amazing. Today after sitting in my fridge at 37 degrees Fahrenheit. The flavor notes aren't as noticeable. I recommend letting the coffee raise in temperature before consuming depending on how cold your fridge is.
