Today was my discharge from the hospital, and I officially have a diagnosis for ADHD and social anxiety🥹🙏🏻
It was the right choice to go to the clinic even if some days I really had no motivation.

The snow was heavy the past few days... the streets and walkways are slippery...

I started using my gouache colours again two weeks ago... I'm probably getting new supplies at the art store tomorrow 😔😔 I feel like I can't mix colours well with my Himi set..
