Seed cracker: Whole flax, black sesame, sunflower, pumpkin seasoned with 5 spice powder with a dash of cayenne plus allulose, monkfruit, stevia, and salt. Soak for 1 to several hrs. Bake 200F, 1 hr on each side then turn off and leave in oven overnight. Flax is not ground on purpose.
