Update on how evil Russia is. It's now arming its large Shahed kamikaze drones with shrapnel balls. These are designed to tear into the flesh of Ukrainian men, women & children. Overnight attack on city of Sumy which killed 2 people & wounded 12, shows walls & cars lacerated by such shrapnel.
