The latest episode of Golden Kamuy is everything I could've asked for. Holy shit, I'm so happy. Tsurumi is a top 5 villain in animanga ALL TIME.

After watching Cabaret, I think Bob Fosse might be one of my top 5 favorite American directors. It'd be Kubrick, F. Coppola, Wilder, Lumet, then Fosse.

Finally watching Nodame Cantabile Finale and I think this confirms my bias for stories for prodigies who are held back by their moods, personalities, and temperament. People who march to their own beat, regardless of how others wish they'd progress.

Had a legitimate emotional breakdown thinking about how heartbroken I STILL am over the last 2 episodes of Full Metal Panic: The Second Raid. I LOVED the anime until the last 2 episodes. I'll never forgot how they threw everything away...

Maya from Glass Mask is just as insane as I remember her. Bless her soul. One of my favorite shoujo protagonists ever. Just an absolute nutcase.

I'm now 100 chapters deep into Sayonara Zetsubou-Sensei. Reminded me why I liked the one season of it which I saw. The joke structure is repetitive but the jokes themselves are absurd enough to keep it charming.
Before I finish the next 200 chapters, back to Glass Mask, I go.
