several years ago I saw a segment where the presenter gave a compelling argument that the technology to land on the moon was available during the moon landings but the technology to simulate a moon landing wasn't available then.

South Dakota is my "home" state and now I live in Wyoming. I'm personally embarrassed for both states. Kristi Noem is dangerous, John Thune and John Barrasso are complicit. Lummis and Hagemann have bought into the big lie. None of them represent their constituents, They kiss the ring.

Two events this week show the problem with depending on coal. A recent coal lease in SE Montana got one bid for less than a penny a ton and worldwide renewable energy production surpassed coal-fired production.

This regime is totally divorced from the scientific and economic reality of coal. Science says, without equivocation, that burning fossil fuels causes, and has caused, climate change. Renewable energy sources, including energy efficiency, are cheaper than coal.
