I did some investigation. There was no discussion about this change in the forum, as far as I can tell. And this change was made by a user who was known to do stuff without consulting anyone. I don't know much about vore, but if this description is invalid, it can be changed.

Aliases, implications, and BURs can only be handled by admins. Sadly we can't just snap them into existence :( They have to be capable, highly trusted, and willing to take that position. And when they became admins, they have to be willing to do A/I/BURSs. And they tend to burn them out.

Usually "IP -> developer" implications are simple. But there seems to be a problem with overtagging with that particular tag. But I put it in the staff chat.

Usually, artists get on the avoid posting list, by requesting it. If they end up on that page, without requesting it, they fucked something up very badly. This is an extremely rare exception, though.

if you want your tag to be changed, you can request an alias in the forum.
Click on forum in the header > request alias > fill out the form (From: old name, to: new name) > submit, and wait until it is handled.
