I see people posting pictures of their cat, figured I would get in on it. This is Rosie, she is around 16 years old and is mostly blind and I think mostly deaf. She wakes me up two times in the middle of the night for food and sleeps right in my crotch the rest of the time.

Went to Ludi’s for the first time and it REALLY holds up to the hype and wait. Uber pancakes are absolutely killers but the lumpia and sausages are also killer and that biscuit was one of the best I’ve had in a long time.

27. Mickey7 - Edward Ashton: really enjoyed the movie Mickey 17 and then really enjoyed the book even though they are substantially different. I totally understand why Bong Joon-Ho changed the book for the movie and I’m not mad about it. Seeing the movie first, then reading the book is the way to go

Brentford just announced that Fabio Carvalho will miss the rest of the season with an ACL injury. He wasn’t playing much and his time at Brentford has been a little rough, hopefully he comes back stronger.

The Beths are so amazing, such a great band. The Moore Theater seems to be an energy suck, though, the atmosphere is weird and the concert seemed a little muted.

I’m at Vindicktive Wings for the first time before The Beths show. Getting wings, But, they have a garbage plate. I definitely will be back.

The Athletes United Softball League announced their newest expansion team is the Cascades, but with no home city yet. More than likely, based on the almost Kraken colors and name, they will be based in Seattle, where there is already a long established Ultimate team named the Seattle Cascades.

26. Malibu Rising - Taylor Jenkins Reid: Convinced to read this by my kid (who I’m not sure was old enough to read this but oh well) and I’m glad I was. A really fun read that could easily just be meaningless fluff but she really loves this family and characters and makes you really care for them.
