Sure, PbtA games made it less burdensome to prep for a game, but it also made the game poorer in ways many people don't appreciate.

No one says the individual actions will remedy cultural issues though. We can do more things than using different formal rules to make games easier to run. Creating a culture where people care about their co-participants is one of them.
